    Research and Publications

Florida Housing has an extensive library of publications on topics related to Affordable Housing. The publications can be found on the Publications web page.

Of interest to multifamily affordable and permanent supportive housing stakeholders is Florida Housing’s Rental Market Study. This report is prepared every three years for Florida Housing by the Shimberg Center for Affordable Housing at the University of Florida. The RMS provides information about the characteristics of households in need of affordable rental housing, including the housing needs of farmworkers, commercial fishing workers, and homeless persons as well as the subsidized housing available in the state.
