Catalyst Program: Core Curriculum Certification
Curriculum Certification is designed to improve the skills of affordable
housing providers in the state. Funded by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation’s
Affordable Housing Catalyst Program, this curriculum consists of five required
workshops and one elective workshop. These five required workshops are offered
twice a year throughout the state. Participants in the core program may choose
one of any of the remaining workshops on the schedule as an elective.
Participants will have two years from the date of the first core workshop taken
to complete the curriculum.

years of Florida-based affordable housing experience.
